Capacity: 114 Seated Guests - Included with space are six foot long, six foot round, and four foot round tables. There are ten of each size.

Prep Room: Double door cooler, ice machine, two basin sink, prep table and shelving. No oven or cooktops available.

Alcohol: West Point Brewing Co. holds the liquor license. They are a taproom located across the hallway to the back of the building. No outside alcohol is allowed. See add on features when booking.

Other items included/available: Podium, small stage blocks, speakers/mic, and a projector.

Welcomed in Our Venue: Outside food, non-alcoholic beverages, and catering services.

Prohibited In Our Venue: Glitter, rice, feathers, bubbles, nails, beads, or items of this nature. Anything that sticks to surfaces including hooks or even tape.

Building Facts: Built in 1900. Renovated in 2021. Original Ceiling and Wood Floors.

Please let us know if you have any requests on liquors! You are welcome to bring in your own mixers as well. Be sure to get creative!

*If you choose to hold a tab for your guests, 18% gratuity is required toward the tab. Not applicable if guests are buying for themselves.

We are all well aware how hectic a weekend party is. Don’t want to deal with the effort of cleanup? Simply let us know at the time of booking and we will schedule a cleaning for you.
